The best neighbors are the ones who are there for you throughout your life. The ones who stand beside you when the unexpected happens, who hold your hand in your time of need, and celebrate with you when you welcome a new family member home.
At Touchette Regional Hospital in Centreville, this sense of community doesn’t stop at our front door. It’s felt in every department and by every staff member - because we are your neighbors. Many of us grew up here, live here and are dedicated to helping our neighbors like you be as healthy as can be!
That means offering personalized care at every visit. We listen to you, engage you and support you in whatever means possible. It also means expanding our award-winning services and upgrading our facility to better serve your healthcare needs, regardless of your ability to pay.
Touchette has served area residents since 1958 when we opened our doors as Centreville Township Hospital to offer accessible, affordable healthcare to all. We continue to break down the barriers that stand in the way of the quality, compassionate care everyone deserves. Today, we proudly serve the Metro East communities of Alorton, Cahokia, Centreville, East St. Louis, Washington Park, and the surrounding region.
Touchette is a 137-bed, general acute care hospital offering a full line of services for every stage of life, including our Women’s & Newborn’s Center, expanded Emergency Department, new Behavioral & Wellness Center, and extensive Physical Therapy services. We also offer wellness and education programs, senior housing, Home Health Care, and our Medical Specialists to extend our care into the community.
Touchette has always strived to make a difference in the lives of the people and the communities we serve. We are committed to:
Our employees, physicians and volunteers work together to create a welcoming environment with a focus on your care. We hope our service exceeds your expectations and that we continue to be your choice for care in the future!
